People always say, "You need to be strong," but they never say how.

So. How?

I'm so lost and confused right now. The world scares me sometimes, and I just want to curl up and hide for about a month. But that's not feasible.

I just want a break from the hectic day-to-day dredge. Is that too much to ask?
