On a suggestion from a friend, I'm looking into starting yoga. She suggested hatha yoga, but a] I don't know the difference between the schools, and b] where on earth to find a place that offers classes near me.

Any ideas?

check your local parks and rec for the cheapest classes or look them up in the yellow pages under yoga or gym/fitness 8)

i have a yago DVD (yoga for dummies no joke) and i really like it
