So I just had the mother of all workups done by my doctor. I am now positively diagnosed as being pre-diabetic.

*whimper*

I now have to make a million and one changes to my life. I can't believe this is happening. I never expected it to rear up like this.

It's not so bad.

Pre-diabetic just means you're in the danger zone anyways. You could move out of it easily.

*sighs* I know, but she was all worried and stuff. And my grandmother's diabetic, so I'm more liable to develop anyway.

It's just scary, that first time they tell you, though.
