gloraelinSo, in this past week, I got Red Cross certified in CPR, First Aid, AED, and bloodborne pathogens. I also am now certified in JIREH restraint - totally fun and stuff. Great for tying people into knots when they mug you or whatever.
My arms are so sore, though. I got to be the guinea pig for one of the techniques, and it was one where your arms are jacked back and stuff. Yeah, ow. Well, now they are once I've rested.
Whatever. I don't remember what else I was going to say, so I'm going back to bed.
