gloraelinSo in case anyone hadn't heard, I moved from my original house at work to a different one. The official reason was that someone left and they needed to fill a slot. I think the unofficial reason is so I could get away from Crazy Lady. The one who, on my first night in a group by myself, thought it would be Just Perfect to ream me a new one for making a small mistake on the radio. Who then, later, basically accused me of having a fling with a married coworker, and insinuated that 'everybody knew!' [she was full of it, btw]
I also seriously am liking both of my bosses - Bill, A Shift [Sunday-Wednesday] and Mick [Wed-Saturday]. Bill because he's just cool like that, and Mick because I can joke with him about "the aliens in the back field who have also planted spores into the plant pots!" Mick always seems to come around when I'm on break, and we have this running gag about "Don't you ever work?!"
He said it was going on my review, which I doubt, since a] it's still four months off, and b] I actually do do my job, all he needs to do is look at the paperwork I give him every morning. Oh, and c] even though I've only been there two months tomorrow, I've already been asked to do off-site duties. Yeah, not something your average slacker gets assigned.
All in all, it's been a [fairly] decent two months. Wait. It's been two months already? Whodathunk, yanno?
[oh and randomly, I'm getting the rest of my braces off today. glee!]
