The Voice of Experience is wondering if you don't want to hold off on that until you get your health issues resolved.... gridlore and I signed the lease on a brand new car literally FOUR DAYS before he wound up in the hospital. Additionally, I don't know what your health insurance status is, but if you're still on your parents' policy, that might lapse if you move out.

Not that I'm trying to discourage you - rest assured, I understand the appeal of A Place Of One's Own, and under other circumstances I'd be cheering you wildly. But Mama Koosh worries. *wry grin*
